syntax error highlight

Hello Gilberto,

Please make sure that all third-party plugins that you have installed are
updated to the latest version.

Syntax error highlight stoped work on idea 10.5. (linux build) I have
tested it for java code only.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

The problem was indeed out of date plugin, scala plugin to be precisely.
