Correct, I do not have a password on the key. Sweet. It works! I don't ever remember seeing this dialog before.

Yep, before you had to enter the passphrase (if any) that would then have been stored as plain text in your IDE config files. The request was to make the saving a) optional and b) more secure by scrambling the saved password.
I guess IDEA should always try the empty password first before prompting for a password.
AFAIK they changed the way how the passphrase is stored. So you just
have to enter it once again.

I see this so what's the problem, save password and enter nothing. It
works fine.
