Move Statement up/down doesn't work on OSX?

Misconfigured (conflict) shortucts in MacOS keymap.

What shortcuts would you suggest?

People are talking about Move Statement, and I see it in my keymap as
AppleShiftUp and +Down, but when I do it, the editor window just
scrolls up or down a line, no statements move. Is this a bug or am I
doing something wrong?

I like CtrlShift, because to me the shift implies text is involved.
However, it looks like Ctrl+ and Alt+ and CtrlAlt are available as
well. I think CtrlAlt should be saved for some upcoming variable and
assignment move refactorings :)
