IDEA 10: Change marker on the editor's left gutter is so tiny

The change marker on the left gutter is so tiny when it's overlayed by the ribbon that marks the begin/end of a section. My current work around is to enter an  empty line, but that would be developing with less pleasure :).

This is how it shows on my 1600x1050 laptop:



It could be a tad wider so it's easier to click.
