multiple webmodule error

IDEA 3242 doesn't save the application context in multiple webmodule
configuration. For example, I have webmodA with app context "/" and webmodB
with app context in "/appserver" everything works fine until first project
close. After reopening the application context is the same ("/") for both
modules and IDEA popups a dialog regarding exploded directory/jar files.
