.idea/misc.xml question

Hello Tom,

This is meant to be version controlled. The option is in Settings | Resources
| Default HTML language level.

On one of my machines, IDEA X inserts following lines

<component name="ProjectResources">

<default-html-doctype>http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml</default-html-docty
pe>
</component>
to .idea/misc.xml, on others not. What is causing these lines? Is
there an option in the preferences which I should unset? Or is this
file not meant to be version controlled?
