Is it possible to disable Flex plugin?

Hello Hussein,

Any plugin bundled with IntelliJ IDEA can be disabled in Settings | Plugins,
and this does give some performance boost (whether it's significant or not,
depends on the plugin).

I don't do any Flex development, is it possible to disable Flex
plugin? would I gain some performance boost (even if it is minimal)?
