Can I submit more than one file to a non-default changelist?

Last time I checked, you couldn't submit, period. Well, you could, but it didn't do anything. Do you mean open more than one file on a non-default changelist?
"Commit Project" seems to work okay. Just committing one file doesn't do anything. As for changelists, AFAIK you can only checkout/submit to the default unless you checkout to default then move to a new changelist with P4Win(or whatever) and then checkin.
