ANN: Issue tracker moved to JIRA finally.
Hi All,
Please report new bugs/features to http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA
There's also http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEABKL for IDEA project
backlog and
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV to track issues planned to be
fixed/implemented in upcoming release.
Eugene will come up with more details soon.

Questions:
1. Where exceptions will be stored?
2. What the difference between 1 and 2 projects?
Thought:
Newcomers(for example new users of 5.0) of course will use wrong tracker cause doesn't know history and doesn't read docs :)
TIA,
Dmitry
Dmitry, please be patient. Details will follow soon.

Deal I'm PATIENT :)
Hm, my recent tracker request seems to not have made it to Jira: http://intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=42871
Should I file it again in Jira or is some conversion still going on?
Also if I want to comment on a Jira issue will it be noticed? (Tracker entries used to pop to the top of the forum's list.) E.g. IDEABKL-1225 seems to be a duplicate of IDEA-54, which is already fixed.
Great to hear that finally progress is on the way. Recently I would have been much more active in the community if it weren't for the Tracker/Jira confusion...
Well, only those requests with non-zero votes on them have been transferred
according to announcement been made some time ago. Sorry for that but it
seem you'll have to reenter them to JIRA manually.

Thanks, I created a Jira issue: IDEA-307
(Before the Big-Tracker-to-Jira-Conversion I had voted for all my requests as instructed, but this one was way after that time. People get confused when "Tracker" is still prominently displayed and there is no single direct link to Jira from the intellij.net pages.)
How about the second question: Do I have to post in the forum to get a comment for a Jira issue noticed? Or is there any automatic way that alerts you/us when new comments for an issue are filed?
Of course we get mail notification for every comment both in JIRA and old
tracker.

Is there any chance to add a link to the new JIRA issues to
the requests in the old tracker? Without this it's a pain in
the a.. to keep track of one's old requests.

Agree: I also have some difficulties sitting on my chair, right now.
