The Mac OSX link is working for me. From comments in this thread (http://devnet.jetbrains.net/thread/292485) I get the impression JetBrains is having some problems with false 404 errors for content downloads. Not sure if the errors  are intermittent or regional in nature. But give it another try. You can also try an alternate browser or browser restart so the content provider sees a new session. That works for me with a similar problem I often experience with another content provider I frequently use. (It's one of those voodoo fixes that we all hate for their illogical nature, but know we need to do sometimes. With the other provider, I always assumed it was a bad load balancing solution causing the problem.)
