Unable to Attach Global Libraries to Project in IntelliJ CE X

Hi,

I am unable to attach a global library, which I added previously, to my project in IntelliJ CE X. What I have is a dialog with an empty list as shown in the image I attached. My environment is OS X 10.6.5 (JDK 1.6)

Please advise.
