Is there a shortcut for opening a project file?

the Day) and the keyboard shortcuts reference (Help | Default Keymap Reference)
to learn about other useful features of IntelliJ IDEA.

We have 'CTRL-N' for opening a java source file.

Is there a keyboard shortcut for opening a file within the project?
Such as an html or javascript file.
