No way without posting the problem to the tracker :)
I haven't posted any request to disable CSS support to the tracker (and I don't think I should -- I was just hoping for a hidden -Didea.css.support=disable or something), but I did post all the problems I've encountered with it so far, specially exceptions.
I have really high expectations for the web support in the next few builds. Let's see what JetBrains reserves for us ^^
Will much appreciate particular links if possible.

Overall, there seems to be a problem in the JSP/CSS lexer transition, as exceptions like the one above happens quite often, and the highlighting and delimiter matching gets pretty screwed up. I'll post more exceptions as they start happening again on 3177.

Mostly exceptions, Maxim. This one I filed early this morning agains 3177, so might be a good sample:
