has anybody a C# syntax file?

yes i know there is ReSharper and NO i dont need
to use it. i am having just a very small c#
project (3-4 files) and syntax highlightning would be
nice (no fullblown ide needed).

Then probably C# mode for emacs will do:)

Try ConTEXT http://www.context.cx/

It has some 200 highlighters and it's small and fast.

so do probably a dozend other editors too (jedit for example).

thanks for your suggestions thou. they were absolutely

Long ago, there was a perl script by Duane Fields, posted to these
forums, that converted UltraEdit syntax files. If he doesn't read these
forums anymore, I can send you an old version that I found my mail box.
