Interested in knowing what IDEA is doing
Hi folks.
I installed Kerio Personal Firewall yesterday. I'm getting regular
(maybe every 10-15 minutes) reports that IDEA is doing a multi-cast
broadcast and I wondered if anyone knows what it's about.
I get an outgoing connection alert:
Direction: outgoing
Local Point: 192.168.0.6, port 1054
Adapter: Dell TrueMobile 1150 Series Wireless LAN Mini PCI Card
Remote Point: reserved-multicast-range-NOT-delegated.example.com , port 9876
Protocol: UDP
Application path: C:\JAVA\PALLADA2233\BIN\IDEA.EXE

immediately followed by an incoming one:
Direction: incoming
Local Point: All , port 9876
Adapter: Dell TrueMobile 1150 Series Wireless LAN Mini PCI Card
Remote Point: 192.168.0.6 , port 1054

It's not that I think anything terribly suspicious is going on but I did
install KPF for a reason and I'd like to know why IDEA is doing this.
Regards,
Matt

If you are the first who started the IDE with key "A", all the other
users won't be able to start IDEA with that key.
