Creating libraries/attaching classes to existing libraries

This is now so slow that it is completely unusuable.
I have the files on a drive that is mapped to a clearcase view directory on the C drive. When I want to attach new classes it often takes around a minute to expand the Cdrive folder! Please fix ASAP.
