Adding Extra Components in UI Builder 2013

It's not possible in 2013. Documentation is also outdated. We are
reworking the way how palette is configuring. There will be UI for
add/remove your custom components.

Dose that means i do not restart idea to see the components i added? If so,that will be great!!!

That sounds great, will all of the Swing components be included by default now?
