Proxy in CVS pserver string w/ Idea?

Hello,

There exists the possibility to specify a HTTP tunneling proxy in the pserver connection String as follows:

cvs -d :pserver;proxy=127.0.0.1;proxyport=8080:anoncvs@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvspublic login

Is there a way for Idea to support this switch? I couldn't get it to work and am somewhat in need of this feature.
