ant support - external taskdefs

The only variant we support is taskdefnameclass. There are a number of
requests in tracker for your type of declaration but they will not be
implemented in aurora :(.

axis-wsdl4java is marked red in IDEA and saying "Element axis-wsdl4java
is not allowed here." but the task executes properly. Got the axis libs
in my project as well but the ant support doesn't like it.
