10666 has no facet in the Web Facets to deploy!

If you look in the attached image, you'll see that there is no facet in the Web Facets in Idea 9 as there is in Idea 8. If I click on the Fix button, my web app will be in the context of "/" (there'll be no error at that time but there's still no facet in the Web Facets). How can I tell Idea 9 that I want my web app to be in the context of "/novam" as in Idea 8?
