Build 1104 - assert keyword

Hi,

I tried to turn on the assert keyword for a module in 1104 however it does
not seem to work. After
selecting the checkbox and re-starting IDEA the checkbox is unchecked again
and the compiler still
complains about the assert keyword.

This should be fixed in 1108
