8.0 - where is "Build on Frame Deactivation" setting for Web Facet?

7.x had "Build on Frame Deactivation" (and "Build Web Resources Only"), which came in handy to me for getting content copied into an external directory with additional keystrokes. Has this gone away or is there a new way?
