What is the "IntelliJac"?
Hello,
Looking on IntelliJ screenshots on JetBrains .com site, i found tab 'IntelliJac'.
I'm very interest that is this? :) If it not top-secret, sure.
Also i found new icon closely by run/debug in toolbar (Generics shot). Look like some dumper ;) And i also interest what this?
So, if it some debuger/profiler plugin, will be nice if JetBrains share it for plugin developers, like PSI interface - without supporting - just unofficial plugin.
Thanks!

the icon is from the jprofiler plugin: http://www.ej-technologies.com/products/jprofiler/overview.html
This is plugin or part of IDEA? If its part of IDEA, can we enable this
feature by ouw risk? ;)
If this is plugin, the OpenAPI for pluguable compilers is avaible?
Thank you.
None of the above. Just some stuff being under development. Cannot be used
at all yet.

Curiosity, curiosity... ;)

PLEASE read the thread!!! there are an official posting from a jetBrains programmer!
It doesn't mean it won't compile aspects as well :-P
Guillaume
Not in Aurora for sure. It's too early too discuss it. Just some
experimental stuff.

You shouldn't say that in a eap forum, Valentin. Now, people are going
to ask you more about it.
Alain
PS: btw, what kind of experiment are you talking about.

Maybe something experimental like compiling Java code to Microsoft's CLR
and compiling C# to Java's bytecode? You can hint at it without
discussing it, right?

No no no, you've got it wrong. It's just a tool to solve world hanger. Will
probably help in P<>NP also.
:)

It better solve world hunger because many of us IDEA users are about to
go on a hunger strike to force IntelliJ to free the current EAP release!
;)

I personally find the "IntelliJac" name rather unfortunate in that it always
reminds me of another "Jac"; see
http://www.neogen.com/6904.htm
but only if you are if you don't mind learning some perhaps disturbing
details of life on the farm...
