why auto param info in ant file is gone in 7.0

i used to get auto param info when working with ant files in 6.x release but for some reason it is no longer there in version 7.0 even if i kept the same plugins. any help in this regard is appreciated.

This is IDEA's bug, please, file JIRA request.
