Github error in latest WS142.5255
After latest WS EAP update github seems to no longer work.
08:30:17.143: cd C:\workamajig\web
08:30:17.144: git -c core.quotepath=false fetch origin --progress --prune
An error has occurred while processing the shared archive file.
Unable to unmap shared space.
I also got 'unable to read askpass' & 'could not read Username' errors
I switched back to WS10 and it works fine so it seems specific to WS11 and was working fine a day ago.

Still same issue in 143.88
I can open WS 10.0.4 and click the 'update project' button and it works but in WS11 starting with 142.55 this fails with the error noted above.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Rob
This is the notification I get in 143.88
Unable to unmap shared space.
error: unable to read askpass response from 'C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Local\Temp\git-askpass-4.bat'
error: failed to execute prompt script (exit code 1)
fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': No error
Upgrading to latest EAP didnt fix it.
Resolved the problem by completely and manually deleting the WS EAP folder and then reinstalling the EAP.

Hi Robert,
have you seen this error again after reinstalling from scratch?
Not seen that error but.....
this week when upgrading to 143.267 from 143.88 windows defender detected a virus Repjexi and blocked the update.
Rob
I can tell for sure that the updater itself is not a virus and doesn't include malformed content. Please try updating defender - does it help? If it doesn't, please add the WebStorm's folder to Windows Defender's exclusions.

Some magic with java share:dump helped. Run it like this as Administrator:
C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 142.5239.7\jre\jre\bin>java -Xshare:dump -version
