Php STORM 9.0.2 sometimes lag or not responding

Hi, can i aske some help why is it phpstorm 9.0.2 is sometimes Lag, and not responding..but sometimes it will work fine..mostly it will occur when doing copy and paste the code. sometimes I will do scroll in my codes it will lag.
