Configure include paths?

I'm on PHPStorm 8 (can't update to 9 yet) and the instructions for adding an include folder doesn't work; it says to go to Settings > PHP, but there's no PHP in settings.

Hi there,

Settings (Preferences on Mac) | Languages and Frameworks | PHP -- it's the same for v8.0.2+ and v9 (in v8.0.1 it indeed was just "Settings | PHP")

P.S.
Settings screen has search box (top left corner) -- try it (it narrows settings screen to have less (only relevant) pages)

EDIT: but yes, for just "php" as search text that search box still shows too many results... (not great example to show its benefits)
