svn move command

Is there any way to use the svn move command in Idea? Whenever I rename or move a file with Idea subversion thinks its a brand new file to commit. So the whole history gets lost. But the ability to rename and move files is the main feature why I use svn instead of cvs.

In fact IntelliJ IDEA does use the svn move command for renaming and moving
files. Handling of renames and moves has been additionally improved in Selena
(IntelliJ IDEA 7 development version): the Changes view now displays renamed
and moved files as a single change and not as two separate changes.
