How do we get a bug re-opened?

Bug #2626 is hitting me, yet it is marked "Not Repeatable" and it has been closed since October 2002. There have been several reports that there is a problem on Mac OS X 10.2 and JDK 1.4.1, Can I get it re-opened somehow? I've posted to it, and voted for it. If necessary, I'll send my project to Intellij to help them track this down.
