phpstorm problem to register with JetBrains account

hi

i have JetBrains student account and i am download PhpStorm 8.0.3

and when i enter my username and password for my JetBrains account i get this error :

JetProfile connection error: SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out

i am connect to internet but i dont no where is the problem

pls assist me

I'm sorry, the server with JetBrains account info was down, now everything should be fine.

i am connect to internet via internal network, are problrem because that ??

Can you please try to change your password: https://account.jetbrains.com/ ?

maybe your hosts have been changed by yourself before

use # behind 0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com in your hosts
