Reformat - Line Breaks

Hi !

The IDE setting:

"Code style - general - Keep when reformatting - Line Breaks"

Allows me to remove 'useless' line breaks in my code, according to the code style settings.

But in fact, this only works when there are more than 2 blank lines (by default). To change this behaviour, you have to alter the following IDE setting:

"Code style - Blank Lines - Keep Blank Lines"

I think that one way or another, these 2 settings should appear together in a more obvious manner...Just my views about ergonomy.
