Can't type in Terminal in Webstorm 10

I have the terminal plugin enabled, and the terminal shows the current path for my project,
but I can't actually type anything - it acts like the window is read only. I am using Webstorm 10 on the latest build of Windows 10. This is what it shows in the terminal window:

There is a cursor flashing, but typing doesn't do anything.
