Jdk src & performance turning
In the new #802 build, when I was trying to open my first project, IDEA
spent about 4 minutes for performance turning by parsing jdk's src.jar file.
Then, when I was opening my second project, IDEA started the same
performance turning process and spent another 4 minutes by parting jdk's
src.jar file. Should it do this only once?

If your second project has a different jdk then it's correct behaviour.
Otherwise it's a bug.
BTW, scanning library sources on startup is a temporary solution and will
probably be removed in later builds.
