"Submit Feedback" button in EAP's

Just clicked the "Submit Feedback" button in the Help menu of the current EAP build of PhpStorm 9 #PS 141.690.

What I expected to happen would be a snapshot of my system would be sent to the Developers along with some comments.

I expected a dialog to open in Phpstorm with a comment box and a submit button.


What actually happened:
* my web browser opens at the EAP download page.

My reaction:
* Huh?

What I wanted to submit was that the feeling of the IDE today feels like mud.  Everything is slow to open, scrolling takes an age.  Typing has a delay and generally its very hard to work in.

Yesterday on the same build things were just fine.
