Major slowdown and freezing - no idea why

I was using PHPStorm 8.0.3 (I think) on a Mac Pro, just doing some PHP & JS coding, and a bunch of git moves in the terminal.

Then PHPStorm started to behave really slowly, with long pauses, where typing would freeze, then the characters would suddenly be written out.

The cycle of freezing and thawing was about 2 second freeze, 10 - 20  seconds thaw (at least that's how I remember it - the logs may say different!)

This lasted until I restarted the app, about an hour later, as I was midway through some work.

Is it safe to post the contents of the logs folder?
