JSP context support

The "what's new" page reads:
"JSP files, which are included into other files, are now highlighted in the
appropriate context. Use Hector for changing contex."

A small example sequence of steps would be welcome.
We use sitemesh, the decorator JSP(s) include all the CSS/JS references.
