Can't find database tools window in PhpStorm

I can't find the database tools window in PhpStorm. It's not at the right side or in the view > tools menu.

Hi there,

Settings (Preferences on Mac) | Plugins

Is "Database Tools and SQL" plugin listed there and is enabled?
