where should Storm be installed in Ubuntu /opt ? or /usr ?

Does it matter where it goes ? I would prefer /opt as there is not much in there, making it quite clean, /usr is filled with all kinds of stuff plus there is no /bin there.

the instructions don't tell you specifically where it should go.
