Drupal codesniffer not working

First of all - I cant login to:
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com with my jetbrains login and passwd. I just get redirected to login page after I enter credentials.

Version: 8.1
Platform: win7
Drupal coder module: 2.2

I configured my project codesniffer settings with that manual:

phpcs.bat - ok
other code sniffer standarts works
drupal code standarts - does not work. I recive no warnings or errors.
