Documentation Suggestion -- Cyclic Dependencies

A Suggestion for the 5.0 documentation.

Some step by step suggestions for how to use the new dependency analysis
tools effectively to analyze and remove cyclic dependencies from a
project.

I have played around with the tools but I am not sure how to use them
'effectively.'

I'm currently trying to refactor some cyclic dependencies and I could use a good example on how to pinpoint the exact offending dependency. Currently I have a hard time finding the exact problem. Is there an example somewhere on this?
