how to view all classes in a project or folder?

I know about the class hierarchy, but it only displays the hierarchy of a single type.

I also know about the diagram generator.

I'm also aware of CTRL+N but it doesn't produce a list until you start typing, so it gives only a partial list.

Is there no way to get either a simple flat list of all the types in a project or folder, or (better) a tree view of the entire type hierarchy in the project??

It must be there, but I simply cannot find it anywhere...
