JSDoc namespace + WebStorm help

Hi,

I have an issue where WebStorm can't recognize properties defined on a class which is defined in a scoped namespace.
I am not sure I am using JSdoc correcty.
Attached is a screenshot with the issue + the source code file.

Any hints? Am I doing something wrong?
