can I reopen search tab again without new search?

After making search in project and if I closed tab with search result can I reopen search tab again without new search?

No. Search needs to be performed again.

But if Search Results tool window is still opened (e.g. when you has more than one search results tabs opened), you could use Search history to quickly execute one of the previous searches (this list is remembered during one session only -- until project is closed)

Also can I view results of prior search

Results are discarded once search tab is closed (otherwise it would be possible to re-open search tab in first place).
