Source Format from Command Line

Is it possible to run PhpStorm's source formatter from the command line? It seems PhpStorm is quite limited when it comes to command line options. I found this article. However, it only shows just a few things that are possible with PhpStorm. Certainly nothing close to what it's truly capable of.
