Create Project - Can't set location
I click "Create New Project", and in the pop-up the location textbox accepts input, but does not change where the project is actually located. It's defaulting to a directory I used a few projects ago. Also, the button next to the location text-box for browsing is disabled.
What am I doing wrong?

Do you mean that pressing the Browse button does nothing (doesn't open a directory chooser)? Please try invalidating caches - such issues may indicate VFS cache problems

Please try File/Invalidate caches, restart
