Need Weblogic web application tutorial for IntelliJ 4

Is there a tutorial that takes you through the process of setting up a
weblogic deployer for a web application?
I tried to puzzle through the on line help, but it is not recognizing my
web.xml, and in fact it wiped it out and replaced it with a much smaller
one, and also, when I now open my jsp page in intellij, it is no longer
recognizing the java classes.
