Can something be done about this? Webstorm is the only application that I use which is not available as a .deb file / on a ppa / or has a script provided to download it. Could you at least provide a consistent url to get the latest version rather than having to specify the versions: https://download.jetbrains.com/webstorm/WebStorm-2016.1.3.tar.gz

Please vote for them to move 'em in a queue. Unfortunately I haven't found any similar requests for AppStore so you might want to submit one at http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/WI#newissue=yes
