Local History Options
Hello,
Just wanted to verify - are there any options for how long
to keep local history other than number of days? Specifically, I would like to tie local history to source control by keeping local history until source control commit. That way, any pre-checkout diffs can be done by CVS - any current diffs can be handled by local history and I would never have to worry about losing that ability. Once a commit is done back to CVS, local history is cleared. Is this possible? If not, is there an enhancement request process?
Thanks in advance for any info,
Scott

Excellent suggestion, it's only possible to specify a number of days at
this moment. It would be fantastic to have your suggestion! I would vote
for a feature request like that. Please submit it into the tracker and
post a link to it here.

I have not seen this with CVS, but the VSS support had mark project as
current. After I checked in the files, click this and bam, no more
local versions. I'm sure this could be optionally tied into the
commit. hint, hint
