Organise directories in J2EE tab web tree to appear at the top of the tree...

I love the J2EE stuff! In the web app tree it would be nice if the
directories were at the top (despite alphabetical order). My WEB-INF, images
and styles folders are all dotted throughout my jsps which is a bit
annoying. But excellent work so far anyway!!
