Try the just released 996 instead. Thought I haven't confirmed that it
completely works it's looking promising so far. Will know more shortly.

It's still there, you just need to copy one of the links and change the
build number. If you're on Windows, use this one:

Not anymore. They remove old builds from the server after a while.
The best idea with EAP builds is to keep the older installed versions around
until you're sure you don't need them anymore.
